Dulux
RMI collaborated with Etech NZ to fabricate the access structures for a new tank farm installation at the Dulux plant in Seaview, Lower Hutt.
-
RMi was engaged to fabricate the access structures which included elevated walkways and staircases, and a bespoke frame for unloading latex bladders from 20ft shipping containers. As part of this process, RMI organised the industrial painting of the structure to comply with the customers exacting specifications which matched the demand for a coastal installation.
-
RMI worked in conjunction with the team at Etech NZ to facilitate the on-site installation of the newly fabricated silos, access structures and unloading frame. This part of the project involved working around on-going site operations and liaising with key stakeholders, on-site ticketed welding, crane hire and over dimensional transportation, all of which are tasks and considerations that RMI regularly and competently undertake.
-
As with most of our project work, Quality Assurance and compliance documentation was supplied to the customer for critical aspects of the build.
